Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will: Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys for a wide range of clients and building types in line with HSG 264: The Survey Guide. Perform reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys conducted by various consultancies. Carry out air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal projects. Oversee and supervise asbestos removal projects. Represent the company professionally, providing specialist advice and consultancy services to clients. Person Specification

We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals who meet the following criteria: Hold a minimum of BOHS P402 (or equivalent) or BOHS P403 and P404 (or equivalent). Preferably have at least two years of relevant industry experience. Possess a working knowledge of HSG:248 and HSG:264. Demonstrate excellent communication, client liaison, and report-writing skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail. Have a solid understanding of Health and Safety related to asbestos works. Be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Show flexibility in working hours and have a full driving licence. Be IT literate (experience with TEAMs is a plus, but full training will be provided). What We Can Offer You
