£26k -£42k + Training & Benefits We are recruiting in the South East of England for a well-versed Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst with an excellent track record and a hardworking attitude. The company is a privately-owned outfit with a national presence and robust training schemes for candidates who would like to further their career. Contracts are primarily working across Commercial and Industrial Client sites, making this ideal for candidates looking to move away from domestic/residential contracts. They offer excellent salaries and great benefits packages, including a company vehicle. Due to the nature of the contracts, they can also consider singular qualified Surveyors or Analysts. Experience / Qualifications: You will have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, ideally for a UKAS accredited outfit. Will be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalents where available). Can demonstrate a strong understanding of industry guidelines, including HSG 264 & HSG 248. Excellent time-keeping skills. Able to produce strong written reports. Strong IT literacy. The Role: Conducting Asbestos Surveys - including Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition. Undertaking the full range of analytical and air monitoring duties, including: Personal, Leak, Background, Reassurance, and 4 Stage Clearances. Writing comprehensive written reports for Clients, including detailed site drawings. Travelling across the South East to a mix of Client sites. Working closely with removal operatives to ensure works are undertaken in a safe and compliant manner. Providing technical advice and project updates to Clients. Maintaining strong professional relationships with Clients and colleagues.
