A long-standing client of Penguins, a Specialist Asbestos Consultancy that has been expanding first throughout the Midlands and now into the Northwest, has contacted us regarding a new role for an Asbestos Analyst. This vacancy is on a static commercial site that is five minutes from the Junction M62 turn off from the M6. Most of the work consists of air testing, with a 4-stage clearance being needed every 3-4 weeks. As an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, you will be required to complete Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys for commercial properties, carry out 4-stage clearance and air monitoring duties, compile high-quality reports, oversee on-site contractors, and develop and maintain strong client relationships.
