They are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within the Midlands area, with in-depth knowledge and a successful record working within the industry. On a daily basis, you will be engaging in thorough technical discussions with clients and will be providing detailed updates. They are offering excellent basic salaries as well as attractive benefits packages. You will need to be located near: Wolverhampton, Codsall, Telford, Penkridge, Stafford, Rugeley, Lichfield, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Kidderminster, Solihull, Coventry, Atherstone, Tamworth, Birmingham, Brierley Hill, Marston Green, Rowley Regis, Smethwick, Nuneaton, Redditch, Royal Leamington Spa, Hinckley, Droitwich Spa, Worcester. Experience / Qualifications:
You will have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, for an established company. Qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent). Experienced in working to HSG 264, HSG 248 and UKAS standards. Excellent written ability and strong IT skills. Professional manner when conversing with clients. Will have experience working across Commercial and Industrial client sites. The Role:
You will be working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, to undertake the full range of Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys. Conducting 4 Stage Clearances as well as personal, background, reassurance and leak air testing. Safely collecting and bagging ACM samples. Completing detailed written reports. Providing a consultancy service to clients, to advise on findings and follow up works. Ensuring industry guidelines are adhered to across asbestos removals projects. Travelling as per company requirements.
