My client is a rapidly growing environmental company seeking to expand their already highly respected and established team to meet the demanding requirements within the commercial and housing sector. They are looking for an Asbestos Surveyor to join their team in this exciting opportunity.
Asbestos Surveyor Requirements:
Along with holding a P402, you are required to have:
Experience in conducting UKAS accredited asbestos surveys to a high standard Full driving License and driving experience Agreement to DBS check
Responsibilities as an Asbestos Surveyor: Conducting UKAS-accredited Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys. Staying updated on asbestos and health & safety legislation, UKAS standards, and industry best practices. Working flexibly across offices or client sites as required. Complying with quality management, assurance, and audit processes. Ensuring timely delivery of work and meeting legal obligations. Engaging in ongoing training and development.
Benefits: 26 days of annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata), increasing each year up to 31 days. Enhanced employer pension contributions of 4% when you contribute 6%. Paid sick leave allowance each year. Life insurance/Death in service offering 2 x salary cover from day one of employment.
