£24k - £40k + Training + Benefits A reputable and industry leading provider of Asbestos Management services is currently recruiting in the South East of England for a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. You will be responsible for carrying out the full range of Asbestos Surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines across a portfolio of Healthcare, Educational, Industrial, and Retail sites. Our client offers further training and progression, enrolment onto the company pension scheme, and excellent holiday allowance. Experience & Qualifications: Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential. Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. Well versed in HSG 264 guidelines. Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems. Excellent communication skills, able to manage workload in line with company and client needs. The Role: Undertaking management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs on site. Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. Producing detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Clacton-on-Sea, Saffron Walden, Braintree, Chelmsford, Maldon, Harlow, Cheshunt, Brentwood, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Harwich, Ipswich, Sudbury, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Diss, Thetford, Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth, Norwich, Swaffham.
