Job Overview:
An asbestos surveyor will work across all sites; domestic, commercial, and industrial. The company has a calendar planner who informs staff of their location in advance, but as this is a reactive industry, there may be last-minute changes.

Training to gain P403 and P404 qualifications after the probationary period.
Standard 22-day holiday with an option to buy 5 extra days in January, repayable over 12 months.
Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:
Able to identify asbestos containing materials.
Assess the risk of materials that contain asbestos.
Possess a high quality of communication skills both verbally and written.
Confidently produce a concise and accurate report after surveying.
Work in a timely manner to adhere to deadlines set.
Have an up-to-date knowledge of industry guidelines.
Qualifications Required:
BHOS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor.
Valid and reliable experience in a similar role.
Full UK driving license.
