Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Salary/Benefits: £24k - £40k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting for a qualified Asbestos Surveyor, to cover contracts across the Midlands / Staffordshire region. You will be conducting the full range of Asbestos Surveys and completing accompanying survey reports for Clients and providing technical advice. Applicants will ideally need to be flexible in order to travel for Client requirements. Our Client can offer competitive salaries and an excellent benefits package.
Client contracts are based across: Cannock, Stafford, Rugeley, Lichfield, Tamworth, Telford, Stoke-on-Trent, Burton upon Trent, Derby, Nottingham, Castle Donington, Coalville, Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Rugby, Daventry, Melton Mowbray, Mansfield, Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Coventry, Rugby, Solihull, Redditch, Stratford-upon-Avon, Worcester, Kidderminster, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Walsall, Wolverhampton.
Experience / Qualifications: - You must hold the P402 (BOHS or RPSH equivalent) - Comfortable undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys on a wide range of Commercial, Residential and Local Authority sites - Able to discuss technical matters directly with Clients - Strong written and IT skills - Flexible and hardworking attitude
The Role: - Conducting Management, Demolition and Refurbishment Asbestos surveys - Writing thorough technical reports for Clients - Safely completing sampling of suspected ACMs - Working in accordance with UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines - Opportunities to further train and develop - Travelling as per company requirements
