We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride. We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and committed Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our Asbestos team. As a member of the team, it is key that you are able to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently. Help us to ensure the safety of the buildings around us by identifying, monitoring and overseeing all things asbestos. The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to): Undertake air monitoring and 4 Stage Clearances in accordance with HSG248 Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264 Be required to embrace a varied client portfolio which includes the MOD estate Assist clients with management recommendations and consultancy advice To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate: Holds a BOHS P402, P403 & P404 Minimum of 2 years experience carrying out the role Excellent communication skills Be able to work on own initiative About Asbestos – SOCOTEC Asbestos boasts a rich history dating back to 2003.
