Key Responsibilities:
Plan, differentiate, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of students on the SEND register. Implement targeted interventions and strategies to support children with Autism and PDA effectively. Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive. Essential Requirements:
Extensive experience working with children with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). Proven success in supporting children and young adults across Key Stages 1 to 5. Expertise in Autism-related interventions and strategies.
