Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our clients, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in a timely manner. Install new equipment and provide training to clients on its operation. Prepare detailed reports on service activities, including maintenance logs and repair documentation. Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve complex issues. Maintain an organised inventory of spare parts and tools required for service tasks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role within the engineering sector. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
