An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Private Client Lawyer to join a reputable legal practice at their office in Hove. The firm has been recognised as a top 50 Law Firm by the Financial Times and are seeking a Legal Executive/Solicitor.
Areas of focus will include:
Court of Protection / LPA
Tax planning and advice
Trust set up and administration
Duties will include:
Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters.
Responsibility for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work and Trusts.
Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation.
Attending clients in their own environment as required.
Maintaining good billings records within the team.
Desired skills:
Fee earning experience essential within Private Client with at least 3 years PQE +.
Estate planning and contentious probate experience considered an advantage.
Proven track record of meeting targets.
Be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
Business development and networking skills.
What they offer:
Salary depending on experience £30,000 - £55,000
Profit Share Scheme.
