Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ASO Lead to spearhead our go-to-market strategies across core markets and optimize app store presence for maximum organic user acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user acquisition, localization strategies, and organic app store optimization techniques as well as a strong commercial acumen. This role requires a deep understanding of both organic and non-organic digital marketing channels to effectively launch and scale our apps in global markets. You will join a thriving global team with a clear vision and mandate: “Cryptocurrency in every wallet” Responsibilities ASO (App Store Optimization) Strategy Development Develop and execute comprehensive ASO strategies to improve app visibility and ranking globally. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to optimize app metadata and enhance search discoverability. Implement localization strategies to tailor app content for different markets and languages, driving increased engagement and downloads. Collaboration and alignment with tech and product to boost app rankings. Deep collaboration with paid to ensure alignment and coordination in execution of keyword strategy. User Acquisition Optimization: Implement apps store optimization strategies to enhance user acquisition conversion rates. Analyse app store data and user feedback to iterate and improve user acquisition. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for user acquisition growth and expansion. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance metrics related to ASO and user acquisition efforts. Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend optimizations. Own and drive the roadmap to deliver best in class practices. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or app marketing roles. Proven track record of improving app rankings and driving user acquisition through ASO strategies. Ideally within similar verticals in TradFi or Defi/CeFi Experience in localization strategies and optimizing app content for global markets. Strong understanding of both organic and non-organic digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies. Exceptional communication and project management skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Hands-on leadership.
