This role will allow you to observe a range of therapists, SEN, ABA Tutors & Mental health specialists at work.

Learning Support Assistant - Autism

**Intermediate learning levels, a tailored curriculum for each student.
**Focus on ADHD, Asperger's, OCD, Dyslexia, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges.
**Outstanding teaching and support teams in place, creating a wonderfully holistic and positive atmosphere - EYFS to KS4.
**OTs, Specialist SEN Teachers, and outside agencies will be involved depending on each child's context.
**Focus on learning needs and Autism, delivering key and personal/functional skills.
**55 students, classes of 6-8 ranging in ability.
**£460-£500 per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 4:30.
This is a Learning Support Assistant role that will place you in challenging, sometimes anti-social contexts, building your foundational experience. De-escalation and the language surrounding it are incredibly important in this role.
