Intermediate learning levels with a tailored curriculum for each student. Support students with ADHD, Asperger's, OCD, Dyslexia and a focus on Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges. Work with outstanding teaching and support teams in a holistic and positive atmosphere from EYFS to KS4. Collaborate with OTs, Specialist SEN Teachers, and outside agencies based on each child's context. Focus on learning needs and Autism, delivering key and personal/functional skills. Engage with 55 students in classes of 6-8, varying in ability. Salary: £460-£500 per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 4:30 This is a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role that will put you into challenging, sometimes anti-social contexts that will build your foundational experience.
