Work closely with students with learning needs and Autism, helping to deliver personalized education programs. Key Responsibilities of an Aspiring Educational Psychologist: Support students with intermediate learning needs, focusing on Autism and individualized learning plans. Small classes (6-8 students) with tailored approaches based on ability. Assist in the development of key personal and functional skills for SEN students. The ideal Aspiring Educational Psychologist: An Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields) and/or relevant SEN experience. A keen interest in Autism, Mental Health, and SEN. Understanding or interest in learning and behavioural needs (SEMH elements). Ability to commute locally to Ampthill.
