1:1 support for a child with specific needs, including speech and language, behavioural challenges, or high SEN requirements. Contract:

Ongoing, with the potential to become permanent. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support to a primary-aged pupil, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. Work closely with teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to implement effective learning strategies and interventions. Encourage positive behaviours, build self-confidence, and promote independence in the child you support. Support the classroom environment to ensure inclusivity for all pupils. What We're Looking For: A recent graduate in Psychology, Education, or a related field. Passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN, behavioural, or communication challenges. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young learners. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
