Responsibilities of the Role: As an Aspiring Educational Psychologist, you will: Provide
1:1 and small group support
to pupils with varying needs. Assist children both inside and outside the classroom to foster their development. Lead
targeted interventions
to boost confidence, emotional well-being, and academic achievement. Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to design effective learning strategies. Play a key role in managing behaviour and creating a

What We're Looking For: This role is perfect for graduates who: Hold a
1:1 or 2:1 Psychology degree
from a leading UK university. Have prior experience working with children (voluntary or paid). Are confident in
behaviour management
and classroom support. Possess excellent communication skills and can work collaboratively with families, teachers, and external agencies. Are passionate about working with SEND pupils and supporting their growth.
