About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and students to support learning, foster personal development, and promote an inclusive and positive school culture. Your role will include: Supporting students with diverse needs, including those with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may need extra encouragement. Helping to create a safe, welcoming environment that nurtures student well-being. Collaborating with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external support services.
