Are you looking to gain experience supporting children with special educational needs? Are you interested in communication? Have you recently graduated and are looking to train as an Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist, Art Therapist, Psychologist or something similar?

If yes, then this is the role for you! A Specialist School at the heart of Trowbridge is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team in a full-time position. The role will involve supporting students in the classroom, all of whom have additional needs. Behaviour management and personal care may also be required. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a graduate interested in becoming a Therapist, Counsellor or Psychologist. This vital first-hand experience will allow you to go onto further training, gain experience working alongside various Therapy teams and give you an insight into different Therapeutic approaches and how to support pupils who need additional support.
