Immediate What You'll Be Doing: Work closely with young people displaying challenging behaviours, helping them navigate difficulties and reduce the risk of reoffending. Support the development and implementation of personalized intervention plans to encourage positive behaviour changes. Engage with youth offenders in 1:1 sessions or small group settings, building trust and supporting their rehabilitation. Assist in developing essential skills for social integration, responsibility, and making positive lifestyle choices. Collaborate with other professionals, including probation officers, social workers, and educators, to provide holistic support to young offenders. What We're Looking For: A criminology graduate with a passion for youth justice and working with young people facing challenges. Experience in a related role is desirable but not essential; we offer full training and support. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within a team. A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
