£11.44 per hour (rising to £12.01 once fully trained) Shift:
Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm (40 hours per week). Early Friday finishes if all production targets are met across the team. Contract:

Are you an experienced Production Operative looking for your next opportunity? Pertemps is seeking skilled individuals to join our team in Droitwich.
If you have a strong background in manufacturing processes, have experience with hand tools/assembly, and possess a keen attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to specifications and instructions. Utilise basic hand tools with precision and care. Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret drawings. Must be able to lift heavy (up to 25kg) due to the size of the product. Proficient in using basic hand tools. Strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards. A Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is desirable but not essential.
