Assembly Production Engineer

to play a vital role in their expanding operations, offering a shift pattern of AM or PM only (no nights!) and a highly competitive salary package, including an attractive shift premium.

In this role, you'll be working in a state-of-the-art assembly department, maintaining and supporting the operation of five automated assembly machines producing cutting-edge products on a 24/7 basis. With full training provided, you'll have the chance to build upon your strong mechanical engineering foundation, whether you're an apprentice-trained professional or an experienced master in the field of heavy mechanical engineering. This is a hands-on role offering opportunities to diagnose faults, drive process improvements, and help train and support the wider team.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production assembly environment and enjoys using their problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly. If you have experience in maintaining machinery, a mechanical aptitude for diagnosing issues, and a proactive attitude, this role could be a perfect fit.

A salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum plus a fantastic shift premium. A Monday-to-Friday schedule with AM or PM shifts only—no night shifts!
