Your new role As an Assembly Operative, you will be required to cut wood to size, use hand tools and machinery to build, and ensure the quality of the goods is up to a high standard. You will also be able to read basic drawings and be a positive member of the production team. Working hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri until 1pm.

What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you will be able to read a basic drawing and follow instructions to assemble. You should be able to measure wood accurately and use hand tools. Machine operation experience is desirable. Most importantly, a good working attitude and willingness to learn new skills is what this employer likes to see.
