All Square Recruitment are seeking Assembly Operatives to work with an established client based in Colchester, Essex. This is a full time, temporary to permanent opportunity. Assembly Operative - Role/Responsibilities Reading technical drawings Working to specifications Assembling parts using hand and power tools Working with others to create an efficient production process Manual handling - Some heavy lifting involved Full training and induction Working in a manner to ensure the safety of others at all times Requirements for the role Assembly experience Confident working with hand/power tools Ability to read technical drawings Ability to communicate effectively in a team Assembly Operative Shift details Monday to Friday (Weekday and Saturday Overtime available) 7am till 3:30pm (Early and Late shifts may be available) 12.53 to 14.53 per hour PAYE
