Assembly Operative / Workshop Operative
Training Provided - Immediate Start Available
Location: Leicester - LE18
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Pay: £12 - £12.50 per hour, depending on experience
Our established Metal Manufacturing client is currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering Production Operative to join their team.
Suitable job titles include: Workshop Operative, Engineering Operative, Warehouse Operative, Mechanical Assembler, Assembly Operative, and Machine Operator.
Commutable from Oadby, Wigston, Whetstone, Narborough, and surrounding areas.
Duties:
Drilling, Assembly, and using a rivet gun Training provided Using a variety of engineering tools and machinery Working from job order sheets Working to deadlines Visually inspecting parts
Key Skills / Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Workshop Operative, Engineering Operative, Warehouse Operative, Mechanical Assembler, Assembly Operative, or Machine Operator Must be able to start at short notice Ability to work with various hand tools or engineering machinery Hard-working and motivated A keen eye for detail and ability to work to tight tolerances Able to work independently and as part of a team
The Package:
Starting pay rate of between £12 - £12.50 per hour Onsite parking Dayshift: 08:00 - 17:00 Overtime available
