In your role you will safely manufacture a range of finished products to the correct quality specification, which can include all or a combination of the following processes: picking / collecting materials, line feeders, prep bench, assembly, cramp operator, drawer box and sub assembly build.

Shift Pattern and Pay:
3 x Rotating Shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm / 10:00am – 6:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm
£15.62ph + shift allowance and monthly production bonus
What you’ll be doing:
Performing machine/process pre-use safety checks
Manufacturing cabinets to the correct quality standard
Work to and maintain a high level of safety at all times
Ensure the area is maintained to the agreed housekeeping standards
Setting up the machine/process in the allocated time frame using the specific SOP
Continuous monitoring of the machine during production (cramp/wrapper)
Product confirmations on MES
Changing tooling when required and performing minor adjustments when necessary
Ensure the area is maintained to the agreed housekeeping standards
What you’ll need:
NVQ level 2 in Health & Safety (desirable)
Previous experience of working within a Manufacturing environment
Band: C
