As an Assembly Technician, you will be an integral part of the Production Team, responsible for the assembly of both mechanical and electrical components of products, ensuring that all work meets the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electro-mechanical assembly, including sub-assemblies with mechanical parts and wiring, followed by testing procedures to ensure quality standards are met. Interpret technical drawings and accurately assemble products according to specifications. Assemble, leak test, and pressure test various pressure vessels, ensuring they meet required standards before recording the results. Follow all build procedures meticulously and flag any discrepancies for review. Report non-conformance issues to the Production Engineer for resolution. Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and promote a safe working environment within the team. Stand for long periods as required by the role.

Experience and Qualities: Minimum of 2 years' experience in an electro-mechanical assembly environment. Basic computer literacy is required for the role. A change agent, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and efficiency. Resilient, optimistic, and pragmatic with a positive, "can-do" attitude. Collaborative, adopting an adult-to-adult approach in team interactions. Able to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of work.
