We are seeking an
Asset Analyst
to join Eastlight's
Asset
team on a
Permanent, Full-Time
basis. You will manage, maintain, and audit asset data including stock condition surveys, servicing, energy, asbestos and planned maintenance works, as well as land ownership and sustainability. You will undertake regular data reconciliations of all information as well as compare against the housing management system. You will efficiently investigate and action both internal and external customer enquiries and referrals. You will also provide support to other members of the Asset Management team where necessary. In this role, you will need experience in navigating and operating Keystone and Orchard and have knowledge of the Decent Homes Standard. Benefits and Compensation
