Arches Housing is a community-based Housing Association providing more than 1,400 affordable homes in Sheffield and Rotherham. We were formed in 1975 to make old houses into quality homes and to stop the rich and diverse communities of North Sheffield being displaced and broken up. Although we have grown and now serve communities across Sheffield, Rotherham and Chesterfield, we are very proud to still be based in the heart of the community our founders cared about so deeply. Our culture is unique. We are Investors in People Gold, and according to our latest staff survey, 100% of respondents thought Arches was a great place to work! We take accessibility seriously, and have an agile and flexible way of working and thinking that means we focus on outcomes for residents, and not bums on seats! Following a refocus of our Operations department we are excited to complete the team so that we can take that next step forward to even better services for our residents.
