35 Hours per week What are we looking for? You will work with the Asset Management team to manage the systems and collate data which inform our stock investment programme; energy performance and our future investment plans. As such, you will be the key point of contact for the systems and data within the Asset function and work closely with the team to help build our annual, five and thirty year planned investment programme, understand the performance of our property assets, and have robust processes in place for understanding our stock condition whilst keeping us compliant with Decent Home Standards. We are looking for someone who has excellent data management skills, with the ability to interrogate, analyse and manipulate data. You will work on a daily basis with our Asset systems (PIMMS, DREam, Excel and other Microsoft packages). Attention to detail and excellent relationship management and communication skills are essential as there is a small portfolio of contracts to manage.
