Asset Data Manager 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Flexible location - remote working available ISS are now recruiting for an Asset Data Manager to join one of their large, new Government contracts on a 12 month contract basis, initially. As the Asset Data Manager, you will be required to oversee and manage asset master data processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed standards to deliver a successful mobilisation. You will support the account team to ensure the quality of asset and contract data, generate locational master data for property locations in CAFM and mapping to assets. This role requires advanced Excel expertise and it would be ideal if you had previous experience with CAFM systems, however this isn’t essential. You will be responsible for: Support all Asset Data Management activities as and when agreed by the Product Manager within the Operations Performance – Technical team. Support the Operational and Technical Teams in ensuring that all core asset and contract data is accurately captured and set up correctly in the CAFM system for Assets & Planning Preventative Maintenance (PPM). Undertaking full Asset and PPM management by developing and managing a schedule of maintenance activities for physical assets (their selection, maintenance, inspection and renewal) playing a key role in determining the operational performance and profitability. Ensure all data complies with legal and statutory regulations and building engineering standards, adhering to and monitoring data entry procedures. Manage data exports and imports for Asset data, Maintenance Job Plans, Planned Maintenance Schedules, SFG20 and Non-SFG Procedures, Procedure Step Task Instructions, and planned and remedial work tasks. Collaborate with the FMS team to generate locational master data for Properties, Buildings, Floors, and Spaces, ensuring accurate mapping to Assets, Building Systems, and Job Plans while maintaining all ISS coding and naming conventions and standards. Manage the Asset and Maintenance Master Blueprint Templates, used for Asset collection and verifications through survey and PPM Planner documents, ensuring rigid change control and version control processes for all updates, improvements, and customisations. Load data changes into the Asset Management system instances and maintain API integration mappings to the CAFM systems. Prepare and QA Asset Collection and Verification Templates and PPM Planners for data quality and data completeness. Provide training and SME support to end users and stakeholders, supporting asset and PPM data gathering activities and on-going maintenance of the core asset and maintenance data for a variety of end users across platforms using API integrations. Support UAT testing for upgrades and development requests. Key Requirements: Proven strong MS office skills, particularly Excel which must include advanced functions & formulas, Power BI, Power Query, statistical data analysis, pivot tables, VBA & macro coding, complex data manipulation, creation of dynamic dashboards, and automation of processes to drive data-driven decision-making. Experience with CAFM systems desirable. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage remote workflows. Proficiency in managing APIs, integrations, and system improvements.
