As part of our ongoing expansion plans, we are recruiting for multiple Asset Insight Specialists to join the team! The Asset Data Specialists will be responsible for developing and maintaining asset data within Southern Water systems to ensure compliance with asset data governance standards and ensuring accuracy and integrity. This role will ensure accurate collection, validation and maintenance of asset data in systems and report on accuracy and completeness, and will drive behavioural change through the business to ensure that all functions understand their role in improving and maintaining asset data quality. About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in statistical analysis, data quality and confidence measurement. You’ll enjoy working with complex data sets but be able to effectively summarise for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be experienced in implementing asset management planning and analysis processes, and able to use Enterprise Asset Management Systems. Package

This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our office in Falmer (Brighton) 2-3 days per week, and working from home.
