This may involve new facilities, increasing yield, or adhering to regulations. This role works closely with Masterplanning to translate the 5-25 year masterplan into a delivery plan, engaging stakeholders to establish business needs and develop asset plans that drive best value. The

Landside Asset Development Manager

focuses on the estate external to the Terminal and Airfield, including car parks, roads, public transport facilities, and interfaces with MAG Property. Requirements for Success: To succeed, you will demonstrate complex estate strategy formulation and implementation skills, proven stakeholder management, and comprehensive business case development. Experience balancing conflicting needs to establish effective land-use is essential, meeting customer and operational needs while driving commercial revenue and opportunities.
