Our client is seeking a motivated individual with 1 to 5 years post-qualified experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in asset finance, preferably within the auto finance industry. Regulatory experience is essential, with a strong preference for knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act, FCA handbook and consumer law. Additional experience in litigation or complaints handling will be advantageous. You ideally have some familiarity with commercial contracts and data protection regulations. This role involves drafting and reviewing lease and loan finance documentation, as well as developing policies and procedures.
