We're looking for an Asset Information & Compliance Analyst to support our Asset Information Compliance Manager in developing and maintaining key documentation for SSEN Transmission's business activities. In this role, you'll ensure efficient management of asset information and adherence to approved processes, while maintaining a robust audit trail. You will

Provide knowledge, leadership and training of all Asset Management requirements to the SSEN Transmission business ensuring working practices are being followed. Manage specific tasks within the Asset Information team whilst providing clear instruction and overseeing activities that are being completed by the Asset Information Compliance trainees. Take responsibility in identifying and mitigating risks whilst completing a full impact assessment of business processes and working with relevant stakeholders to make educated decisions. Manage the handover of project deliverables to the team by quality-checking all deliverables, ensuring they meet requirements and are accurately recorded in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Highlight consistent nonconformance issues to the Asset Information Compliance Manager. Demonstrate and promote safe behaviours in accordance with SSEN's Safety values within the Asset Information team. You have

Experience within a similar role with a full understanding, awareness and experience of standard document control best practices and processes. Previous Document Control experience within Construction, Operations or Asset Management would be advantageous. Experience working within a team in an Asset Management environment while supporting and influencing various stakeholders. Extensive experience in managing documents on a large scale including multiple complex projects throughout the project lifecycle. Good personal effectiveness with experience in prioritising workload and supporting colleagues. Experience in challenging information provided from stakeholders that does not comply with requirements. About SSE
