Asset Maintenance Coordinator

to join our team. If you're driven by organisation, asset management, and playing a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency, this could be the ideal next step in your career!

The ideal candidate is highly organised, experienced in maintenance coordination, and proficient in using CMMS or similar systems. They possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong understanding of preventive maintenance and asset management, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and Schedule Maintenance:

Create and maintain detailed schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure all assets operate smoothly and efficiently.

Work Order Management:

Generate, track, and close work orders, coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Monitor Asset Performance:

Use data from inspections, performance reports, and sensors to assess asset health, identifying issues before they become costly breakdowns.

Inventory Management:

Ensure spare parts and supplies are available when needed by maintaining an accurate inventory system and working closely with suppliers.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards, and maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.

Reporting and Data Analysis:

Analyse maintenance trends and provide reports to management, offering insights to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

maintenance coordination , asset management, or a related field.

Familiarity with

Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

or similar software.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with maintenance staff and other departments.

Knowledge of

preventive maintenance

and condition-based monitoring is an advantage.
