Cobalt are pleased to be supporting a market leading REIT on their search for a Commercial Asset Manager at either Associate or Associate Director level in London. Our client is sector agnostic with billions of AUM globally. This role involves working on a mixed commercial portfolio in the UK across office, industrial, logistics and retail shopping centres. You will support the Head of Asset Management with strategic responsibilities such as lease renewals, rent reviews and capital expenditure. This role is 4 days in the office, with 1 day working from home. Key requirements include:

MRICS is desirable and not essential Experience with lease renewals, rent reviews and capex is a must Strong Landlord and Tenant Experience Strong Excel and modelling skills e.g creating development appraisals and DCF's. Experience in Valuations is helpful e.g using Argus. Minimum of 4 years of experience required
