The Opportunity Are you ready to take charge of client relationships and oversee O&M project management? This role offers you the chance to be the key contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and reporting while monitoring and optimising asset performance. You’ll work closely with a skilled O&M team, including the O&M Coordinator for site visits and cost assessments and the Technical Manager for expert technical input. As an Asset Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in evaluating and maintaining asset performance in line with contractual agreements. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the ongoing expansion of the O&M department and support the company’s wider growth strategy. What You’ll Be Doing Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and landowners. Monitoring and analysing system performance, delivering contractual reports to clients. Coordinating planned maintenance, inspections, and fault resolutions with the O&M Coordinator. Providing monthly asset performance updates to senior management. Attending operational meetings with key stakeholders. Reviewing service reports with the Technical Manager to ensure successful job completion. Responding promptly to system faults and managing resolutions within agreed timeframes. Collaborating with the O&M team to address faults and implement action plans. Participating in asset management meetings and updating management on site performance. Assisting with the onboarding of new sites and attending construction handover meetings. Managing PPA billing calculations and coordinating with the billing team. Proactively contributing to the growth of the O&M department. What You Need to Succeed Strong knowledge of the solar PV and renewables industry. Experience in managing client relationships and key accounts. Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Problem-solving capabilities to address faults and develop solutions. Proficiency in monitoring systems and performance analysis tools. A collaborative mindset, working closely with cross-functional teams.
