Proven experience in asset management, particularly within the commercial property sector. Strong knowledge of the Leeds property market and commercial real estate trends. Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. RICS qualification is highly desirable or APC Studier. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
