By 2025, our team will be providing a brilliant customer experience to at least 8700 customers.

As CVG’s Asset Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our property portfolio and contributing to our vision of delivering safe, sustainable, and high-quality homes. This strategic position combines leadership, innovation, and collaboration to maximise the value and performance of our assets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance. Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Delivery:

Lead the creation and execution of our asset management strategy, delivering major works, planned investments, and life cycle replacements. Compliance Leadership:

Oversee health and safety compliance for all properties, including gas, fire, and electrical safety, as well as management of asbestos, legionella, and lifts. Energy Efficiency & Zero Carbon Goals:

Drive initiatives to improve energy efficiency and achieve zero-carbon targets for our homes. Customer Engagement:

Collaborate with customers to shape responsive, high-quality projects and enhance customer satisfaction. Team Leadership:

Manage and develop the Asset and Compliance teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Procurement & Financial Management:

Ensure value-for-money delivery through effective procurement, contract management, and financial oversight of investment programs. Why Join Us?
