This is an exciting opportunity for an Asset Manager to lead the charge in managing and optimising a high-value engine portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Asset Management * Identify and evaluate potential engine assets for acquisition and sale, ensuring the highest returns. * Conduct thorough market research to assess current and projected asset values. * Oversee the full lifecycle of engine assets, ensuring all maintenance schedules and documentation are compliant. * Collaborate with technical teams to manage inspections and produce condition reports.

Sales and Business Development * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with airlines, lessors, and MROs to maximise business opportunities. * Negotiate and finalise engine asset sales agreements that support strategic growth. * Identify new revenue streams by tracking market trends and emerging opportunities. * Represent the company at aviation events, trade shows, and industry networking forums.

Financial and Strategic Analysis * Prepare detailed financial models to assess the viability of investment opportunities. * Monitor market dynamics, including supply, demand, and competitor activities, to inform strategic decisions. * Support strategic planning processes for asset acquisition and disposal.

Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in engine asset management, leasing, or trading within the aviation sector. Comprehensive knowledge of engine types, market valuations, and maintenance programmes. Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Analytical expertise with the ability to interpret complex financial and technical data. Self-driven and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in aviation sales or business development. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency in relevant asset management software or tools.
