RM Recruit Ltd is working in partnership with our Lambeth based Housing client who are on the lookout for an Assets Administrative Officer on a 2 year basis contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward-thinking organisation whereby you will add value to the Asset Management team. Main duties include:

Providing comprehensive, proactive and efficient administrative support to the Asset Management Team. Preparing routine reports. Issuing agendas. Supporting documents to agreed deadlines. Establishing timetables for all contract meetings. Taking minutes. Producing all relevant documents for contract and team meetings. Assisting the team in ensuring that all agreed task time scales and service standards are achieved. Monitoring, raising orders, data inputting, database updates, order tracking, and completion. Overseeing and delivering the efficient operation of all local office building facilities where relevant, including fire alarm testing, access system controls, cleaning maintenance, and intruder alarm systems. Maintaining operational office facilities. Compiling and maintaining accurate written, computerized, and statistical records. Collating, analyzing, and producing performance information. As the ideal candidate, you will possess strong administrative experience ideally in an asset management or housing environment. You will assist in developing and implementing asset management office systems and possess skills such as compliance and repairs administration. You will be available immediately or on short notice as this role requires an immediate start. You will possess a strong customer-focused service delivery and to be successful in this role, you will possess excellent prioritisation, organisational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write letters, reports, and file notes to a high standard and IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other appropriate software packages to a high standard.
