The Revenue and Treasury team are seeking an Assistant Account. In this role you will accurately maintain all aspects of the Sales Ledger including accruals, recording of sales invoices and action of credit control procedures. How you'll spend your time... Prepare and issue invoices to portfolio of clients in respect of various fees and recoverable expenses on a monthly and quarterly basis, using Revport sales ledger system.

Assist in month-end accounts process by preparing and posting income accruals on a monthly basis.

Review debtors’ ledger on a monthly basis and take action as necessary in respect of aged trade debtors.

Responsibility for posting of cash receipts on a daily/weekly basis for a number of bank accounts.

Complete a monthly review of Revenue to ensure completeness and accuracy of income and to contribute variance analysis to monthly Finance Report.

Assist in the completion of year end financial statements, including liaising with the Group auditors and preparing financial statements disclosures.

Identification of CASS Client Money positions and resolution if necessary.

Compliance with SOX and ISAE controls relevant to Revenue team.

To be successful in this role you will have... Experience within Finance Industry preferred.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience of working as part of a team.

Experience of identifying efficiencies/automation opportunities for the tasks the team is responsible for.

Knowledge/experience of computerised accounting systems (ideally Workday accounting system).

Knowledge/experience of initiating appropriate nominal ledger posting.

Knowledge of AI/automation type tools (Alteryx, OCR and RPA).
