The role involves supporting senior colleagues by providing information to the Marketing Controller and other local functions to define volumes and sales value budgets, including detailed specifications for SKUs and packaging. It also includes assisting in managing costs related to advertising, promotion, research, and market analysis. The role requires involvement in consumer and shopper understanding activities, such as competition analysis and store checks. Additionally, the role entails performing market analysis to support senior colleagues in defining the actual positioning relative to competitors’ actions. It involves delivering tactical launches and relaunches for the brand, supporting the gate process, and adhering strictly to its rules. The role includes leading or supporting in briefing design and repro agencies for artworks, obtaining necessary authorizations and collaborations from involved departments, and managing the master and final artworks operative processes and approvals. Key support for managing the marketing budget, including PO raising, good receipting, and keeping spend on track, is also required. The role leads and supports the implementation of advertising strategies received from the Marketing Controller of the assigned category. It supports the assessment and analysis of the results and impacts of any communication, collaborating with involved departments for data availability. The role also supports senior colleagues in conventional and digital media planning and follow-up. In terms of promotions, the role leads and supports material development activities and consumer promotion execution. It assists in defining and implementing promotion setups and related contents in conjunction with Trade Marketing, especially for promotions involving activity at points of sale. The role provides assessments of the “state of work” for promotions, sponsorships, or co-marketing activities to facilitate evaluations with the Controller and the Trade Marketing team. Cooperation with the Legal department is required to deliver information for setting up promotions and sponsorship-related contracts. Additionally, the role supports periodic alignment with the Sales Force and the Trade Marketing team to evaluate the efficiency of current projects, competitors’ behavior, and operating activities at points of sale by providing presentations and data analysis. The role involves performing sales and consumer KPIs monitoring and follow-up, from data collection to defining action plans. It supports updating sales plans according to business dynamics when functional at FBC UK. The role also involves participation in the follow-up of studies dealing with operational issues such as pre and post-tests, performance of new packaging, and new flavors. It includes analyzing data and results from research projects, supporting the proposal of preliminary action plans and next steps. Who we are looking for
