Act as a key point of contact for any tenant queries. Complete health & safety reports and respond to any health & safety issues that may arise. Supervise on-site service partners. Ensure the PPM schedule requirements are undertaken, and reactive works are dealt with promptly. Support the Building Manager with the production and management of the service charge budget. Launch tenant engagement activities and communicate these throughout the building. Deputise for the Building Manager when they are absent. Ideally, you will have previous experience working within the property management field, preferably in a multi-tenanted commercial building. Additionally, holding an industry-recognized certificate such as an IOSH certificate may be advantageous, along with demonstrating an understanding of service charge budgets.
