You will benefit from working across the education, leisure, commercial and social sectors. The collaborative and friendly organisation is looking for a competent construction professional to complement the department. You, the successful Assistant Building Surveyor, will gain from working under an experienced Senior Building Surveyor who will also be your APC assessor. You will be offered an impressive APC programme which boasts a successful pass rate; designated days and times are scheduled weekly to run through your tailored plan. Focused projects and work are offered to assist with logging your diary and providing structured mentorship. The role is to provide a range of building surveying services on schemes across North London and Hertfordshire. Schools, leisure centres, commercial and civic buildings are typical structures the building surveying team provides advice on. What’s in it for you?
