Your Role You'll work on an 80/20 split between projects and professional instructions in the residential team. Responsibilities include:
Capital works, refurbishments, and fire safety projects Surveys, JCT contracts, and party wall matters New-builds and estate improvements
What You'll Need RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or equivalent 2+ years' experience, ideally having started your APC Strong communication and client-facing skills
