Are you an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor? A leading property and construction consultancy, known for delivering high-quality building surveying services to a diverse portfolio of clients, is now looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Chelsea office. They work across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. The role Whilst working towards your APC/chartership, the Assistant Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting senior surveyors and assisting in managing projects across both residential and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation surveys, and residential surveys, as well as providing support in project management on a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities: Technical Due Diligence:

Carrying out assessments and evaluations of properties. Dilapidation Surveys:

Conducting surveys to assess the condition of properties. Residential Surveys:

Performing surveys specific to residential properties. Project Management:

Assisting in managing various projects. Key Requirements: A degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate management. An interest in building regulations and construction law. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. An interest in residential surveys, technical due diligence, and dilapidations is highly desirable. A proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. RICS accredited or working towards chartership is a plus.
