Our client, a Property Consultancy based in Poole, is seeking a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Building Surveying team, focusing on a range of commercial properties. The Graduate or Assistant will work directly alongside a chartered surveyor while working towards completing the APC process to become MRICS qualified.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have graduated or be close to graduating in Building Surveying or a similar RICS accredited field. They are also open to candidates with slightly more experience at the assistant level. The candidate must be local to the Poole area, hold a full driving licence, and be seeking a long-term role.
